Warm Up:

10 Fornt Squats (45/35#)
10 Burpees 
5 Pull Ups 



WOD:

12 Min to complete:
A:
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 Reps for time of:
Dumbbell Squats 
Bar Facing Burpees 
**Must face bar for burpees, and must kick out with both feet... no stoping)
B:
1 Rep Max Clean 
**with any remaining time you can complete 1 clean (squat or power) continue to increase weight until you miss the rep or time is up! 12 min ONLY! If you don't make it to the clean then your score is the total reps when 12 min is up.
