"Miles for March" starts today, run, row, swim, or bike (3:1 on bike) (1609m=1mile row)
There will be a chart to keep track of you daily mileage... 
add a mile to your warm up or cool down 

Warm Up:

12 Slam Balls (15/10#)
40 Flutter Kick 
30 Jumping Jacks
