Open Gym! WOO HOO!
Miles for March is almost over... Meghan and Nikki are the only ones still adding miles 😑

Warm Up:
Run 1 Mile 
2 Rounds 
16 Lunges 
20 Calories Assault Bike 


WOD:
OPEN GYM
1. Feel free to create your own workout or try one you missed in the last couple weeks! 

2. EMOM for 20 min 
     1 Rope Climb 

3. Run 5k... 

4.  Practice a olympic lift!


**Remember Saturday Running Club is on hold... but workout at 8am is still a go!
