Strength/WOD:
No time... increase weight if ya like 
DB Complex (20/15#)

**6 deadlifts/6 lunges/6 hang squat clean thrusters/ 15m Overhead Walk equals 1 Rep! 


**Friday's are back to OPEN GYM! Start thinking of what you will do tomorrow... make up a Open workout you missed or create your own torture :)
