The weekend is a great time to get some jogging/running in!

Warm Up:

Run 400m
15 Air Squats 
10 Hang Cleans (45/35#)
10 Push Press (45/35#)


Strength:
Back Squats 
10-10-10-10 
Climb up in weight but make usr you are below parallel! 


WOD:
"Double Helen" 
3 Rounds (20 Min cap)
Run 800m
42 Kettlebell Siwngs (53/35#)
24 Pull Ups 
**use the run as you recovery... let's push to see how much we can get done in 20 min!
