Monday AGAIN!!

Warm Up:
Row 800m

Strength:

*first set empty bar, then climb up, can't put bar down until 4 sets are done :) 
**Power clean-front squat-push press- back squat- push press = 1

18 DB Thrusters

15 DB Thrusters 
Run 400m
**you pick weight, heavy with minimal breaks
