Warm Up:

Run 400m
5 pull ups
10 push ups
20 double unders
20 pvc pass thrus 






WOD:
OPEN GYM! 

Come in and make up a workout you missed this week... maybe wednesday's?? 


You can spend time practicing a lift you want to get stronger at. Maybe a skill like muscle ups or handstand push ups...
