500-400-300-200-100 meter row (each person)
Partner hold Kettlebells in Rack position while other is rowing!
5 Burpee Penalty for each drop of kettlebells
With a running clock rows will be performed alternating between teammates,
as time trials for each distance! Every row is to be preformed at maximum intensity while the other
person holds KB in rack position. The resting partner will rack bells at the beginning of their partners row and will un-rack them at the end of the row.
