Warm Up:
Run 1 Mile
2 Rounds
10 slam balls
15 KB Swings (35/26#)
WOD:
OPEN GYM!
Come on in and make up a workout you missed over the past few weeks or create your own!
You can always look up a hero WOD or one of the CrossFit Girls too!
Maybe running more was your New Years Resolution... head out for a 5k jog!
