Burpee Challenge is almost over!
Last week, let's do 20 a day!
February's challenge is strict pull ups (not nearly as many as burpees :)
Warm Up:
Run 800m
2 Rounds
15 Air Squats
15 Sit Ups
10 Burpees
Strength:
Clean and Jerks
3-3-3-3
WOD:
AMRAP in 20 min of:
150 Double Unders
50 Push Ups
15 Power Cleans (185/125#)
