Today starts 6 strict pull ups a day!!! 


Warm Up:
Row 800m

15 Air Squats 
15 Sit Ups 
10 Burpees 


Skill:
Core Work!
Tabata Time :
Plank
Russian Twist (slam ball 15/10#)
Sit Up
 **rotate every 20 seconds for 14 Rounds (1 round being 20 seconds)

1 reps = power clean, front squat, push press, back squat, push press 
*start light and get
heavy and remember you can put it down until all 5 are done
