Warm Up:

10 Burpees 


Strength:
Front Squats
8-5-3-1-1 (rack OK)


WOD:
3 Rounds for time of:
10 Hang Squats Clean Thrusters (115/75#)
2 Rope Climbs 
15 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20")
