Pick one: Back squat, Overhead Squat, or Front Squat
Go for a 1 Rep max today and we are going to spend the rest of the month
increasing it! Tues. and Thru's. will be squat days! SO FUN!
Warm Up:
Run 800m

10 Sit Ups
10 Burpees
Strength:
Squats!

Find your 1 rep max of BS, OH, or FS!
WOD:
12-10-8-6-4 reps for time of:
DB Burpees (50/35#)
DB Hang Squat Clean Thruster
Chest to Bar Pull Ups
