Warm Up:
Run 800m
2 Rounds 
10 Air Squats 
10 Burpees 
20 Second Goblet Squat Hold (kb 35/26#)

April Challenge was Squats! 

Let's See who increased their 1 rep max!

WOD:
For Time: 
Hang from a pull up bar for 6 min. Each time you drop from the bar, preform:
1st time: Run 800m
2nd time: 30 Push Ups 
3rd time: 30 Burpees
4th time: 60 Air Squats 
then start at #1
