30 Russian Twist (15/10# plate)
12 DB Hang Snatch (20/15#)


WOD:
Open Gym!!

Create your own workout! or make up one from this week!... Tuesday maybe :)

Practice a lift, or skill...

Work on mobility and go for a run or row!
