Warm Up:
40-30-20-10 reps of 
Double Unders
Sit Ups 



Strength:
Back Rack Walking Lunges (head to the alley!)
4 Rounds 
20 Lunges (10 each leg)
**Increase weight each round start with empty bar! 


WOD:

800ft Farmer Carry (70/53 KB or DB)
80 Push Ups 
80 Sit Ups 
8 Rope Climbs
