Happy Monday!
In light of what's going on in the world today... we will continue classes until we are told 
otherwise. We ask that if you or anyone close to you is coughing, or sick in any way, you 
please stay home! In the politest way we will ask you to leave class if you are sick! Thank you for your patience and understanding at this time. 

Warm Up:
Run 800m
2 Rounds 
15 Air Squats 
20 Sit Ups 
10 Burpees

Min 4: C2B Pull Ups
Min 5: Hang Squat Clean Thrusters (95/65#)
Min 6: Rest
