Warm Up:
Run 800m (remember you can track distance on your phone with nike app)
2 Rounds
15 Air Squat
20 Sit Ups
10 Burpees
Abs:
3 Rounds
1 Min Plank Hold
60 Russian Twist (with weight or not)
30 Second Left Side Plank
30 Second Right Side Plank
WOD:
4 Rounds for time:
40 Mountain Climbers
15 Jump Squats (get your booty down and explode up)
8 Negative Push Ups (slooooww and hold at bottom for 2 seconds)
Jog 200m (track on phone)
**might be smart to track 200m, 400m, 800m, and 1 Mile distances from your house so you know where to run in the future) Great subs for running is jumping rope if you have one or Jumping Jacks (30 for every 200m)
