Warm Up:
Run 800m
2 Rounds 
20 Lunges 
10 Burpees


Skill:
2 Rounds 
1 Min Air Squat Hold (don't bottom out) 
1 Min Push Up Position hold 
5 Handstand Push Ups (use solid wall and don't kick up too hard 😎


WOD:
50-40-30-20-10 Reps for time of:
Double Unders (sub jumping jacks but double the reps)
Deadlifts (use bar or kb, or DB's don't go too heavy!) 
Weighted Sit Ups (Overhead plate sit ups works with plate, dumbbell, ball, small child or dog)
