Day 2 of party time!
No 5am class until April. 
Remember we are only allowed 10 people in a class so be considerate to everyone! 
Morning classes are quietest right now 6,7,8am
Saturday we will have 8 and 9am class, you must sign up for one on white board at Recoil!

Skill:

WOD:

10 Front Squats (95/65#)
9 Burpees jumping over bar 
8 Toes To bar
