Good News!!

Due to a recent change we can be open for classes as long as it's 10 people or less at a class! 
We will continue to be open until we hear otherwise.


Warm Up:
Jog or Fast Walk 1 Mile (take your phone/watch for tracking) 
3 Rounds 
20 Lunges 
30 Jumping Jacks 
60 Mountain climbers 


WOD:
We will stick with body weight for today! 
4 Rounds for time: 
25 Squat Jumps 
15 Push Ups 
30 Sit Ups 
1 Min Plank Hold
