Hope Everyone had a Happy Easter! 
Today is a two part workout ... just incase you had too many sweets yesterday! 
Just FYI Murph is headed our way... great time to start working on your 
Squats, Push Ups and Pull Ups (if you can) 

Warm Up:
Run 800m
2 Rounds 
20 Walking Lunges 
20 Sit Ups 
10 Push Ups

Strength:
Deadlifts 
Anything you got at home.. start light and work up
10-10-10-10-10


WOD:
#2 CrossFit Support your Local Box WOD
For Time:
100 Double Unders (have fun jason and stacie)
21 Burpees 
75 Double Unders 
15 Burpees 
50 Double Unders 
9 Burpees 

Run 1 Mile 

50 Wall Balls or Thrusters
