Warm Up:
2 Rounds 
Run 400m
10 Air Squats
30 Russian Twist 
20 Leg Lifts (hold weight at chest)

Skill:
3 Rounds 
200ft Bear Crawl (just do it, so good for your hips and shoulders)
3 Wall Climbs (use sturdy wall)


WOD:
AMRAP in 16 MIn 
80 Lateral DB Hop Overs
60 Air Squats 
30 Shoulder To Overhead (BB or DB)
