What workout should be do on Zoom this Saturday??


Warm Up:
100 Jumping Jacks 
60 Mountain Climbers 
EMOM for 5 Min 
10 KB or DB Swings 
10 Jump Squats 


Strength:
Clean and Jerks
10-8-5-5
DB or BB whatever you have 


WOD:
30-20-10 reps of:
Hang Clean and Jerks (96/65# if you have a bar.. .if not DB is great!) 
OH Plate Sit Ups 

Rest 1 Min 

30-20-10 reps of:
Hang Power Snatch (db or bb) 
Leg Lifts (hold db or plate over chest)
