10 Shoulder Press (strict)
Skill:
3 Rounds
200ft Bear Crawl (crawl in a circle if you have to :)
10 Handstand Push Ups (sub wall climb, HSPU off sturdy chair, seated shoulder press)
WOD:

30 Hang Squat Cleans
30 Burpees
30 Thrusters
30 Burpees
30 Back Squats
30 Burpees
**use DB or Barbell, whichever you have!
