Saturday Morning join us for our Easter Egg WOD
on Google Video! 
Same concept was last week, check out the website Saturday morning for a link to 
join us! What will the Easter Eggs Hold this year? 


Warm Up:
Run 1 Mile or Bike 3 Miles 
Light Stretching 


WOD:
100 KB Swings (or DB swings)

100 Push Ups (strict as long as you can, drop to knees only if necessary!)

100 Body Weight Get Ups 

100 Pull Ups (curl/sit ups)

100 Goblet Squats (kb, db, or plate hold)

**Broken up any way you want, numbers must be the same for each exercise tho, i.e. 10 Push ups, 10 kb swings, 10 squats ...
