Strength:
Lunges (weighted)
3 Rounds 
60 Lunges (plate overhead, DB overhead or to the side) 

WOD:
5 Rounds 

AMRAP in 3 Min 
3 Up Downs 
6 Mountain Climbers (L + R = 1rep)
9 Box Jumps or Step UPS 
Rest 1 Min, repeat for 5 Rounds
