Hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend! 
Our App is up and running! Make sure to secure your spot in classes (you can book 2 weeks out)
and upload your scores from workouts! 
We will be working on 1 Rep maxes for the next few weeks to get some new numbers!

WOD:

7 Toes to Bar 
6 Hang Snatch 
(suggested 75/55?)
