Strength:

Complex Time! 

1 Power Clean and 2 Push Press = 1 rep

**60 GHD Sit Ups Total between sets... break up however you like!


WOD:

5 Rounds for time of:

8 Single Arm Push Press (45/30#db)

8 Single Arm Step Ups (24/20")

15 Burpees 

8 Single Arm Push Press

*right arm right leg, then left arm left leg
