Back Squats rest 90 seconds between sets
3 @ 80% 1RM
3 @ 85% 1RM
ME @ 90% 1RM (minimum to complete is 3)
Then
AMRAP 11 minutes
200m Run
10 Dips
10 Toes-to-Bar
For all you beasts out there.
Try using rings today. Ring dips and toes-through-rings.
