**This is a partner workout. Partner 1 will run 400m carrying 45/25# sandbag while partner 2 begins thrusters. When partner 1 returns from run, he/she will take over where partner 2 left off on movements and partner 2 will run 400m. A round is counted when all reps are completed of 3 movements!
