Warm Up:
30 Medicine Ball Cleans
2 Wall Climbs
10 Man Makers (25/15#)

WOD:
 With a 65#/45 Barbell:
Max Overhead Squats (3 points)
Max Front Squats (2 Points)
Max Back Squats (1 Point)

Rest Five Min (while partner works)

Max Shoulder Press (3 points)
Max Push Press (2 Points)
Max Push Jerk (1 Point)

Once you start the 3 movements you cannot put the BAR DOWN! You will have a partner to help keep score for you. This is going to be FUN!!!
