Partner WOD!!!

OK... the goal of this workout is for you and your partner to reach a combined total of 5000m on a rower!!

Partner 1 Rows...

While Partner 2 Completes ...

5 Man Makers (25/15#)
10 Walking Lunges (each leg)
3 Wall Climbs
 30 Russian Twists (20/14# wall ball)

When partner 2 completes all movements partners SWITCH and partner 1 must complete all movements with partner 2 Rows!!!! Repeat until 5000m is reached!
