Holy Cow The Holidays are almost here!!

Warm Up:
 Let's drag the sleds out
Pull Sled (like back pack) to end of building and back (135/90)
then...
Hand over hand pull sled length of rope to you.. when sled comes in drag line out and continue until you reach the end of building... and of course... same thing all the way back :)

WOD:
 AMRAP in 20min
10
Chest to Bar Pull Ups
20 Back Squats (95/65#)
30 Double Unders

*Hey Joe... Does this smell alright??
