WE MADE IT THROUGH THE 5 DAY WEEK!!

Warm Up:
 7x -100m Row Sprints

WOD:
 "Recoil Tabata"
Toes To Bar
Double Unders
Overhead Plate Sit Ups
Kettlebell Swings (35/26#)
Push Press (45#)

Workout is preformed just like "Tabata This." 8 Intervals at each movement and count total reps!!!
