4 Power Cleans (135/95#)
9 Pull-ups
12 Box Jumps (24/20”)
14 Push-ups

At the end of 10 rounds, each person must row 36 calories.

THEN:

10 rounds (5 each per person)

2 Thrusters (135/95#)
4 Squat Clean (135/95#)
9 Burpees
12 American KB Swings (24/16 kilo)
14 Sit-ups

SCORE IS TOTAL TIME TO COMPLETE THE ABOVE

20 rounds: the day the officers were killed
2: two wives left behind
4: four children left behind
9: combined years of service (Ramos 2 years, Liu 7 years)
12: month of the year the officers were killed
14: the year the officers were killed
36: combined 72 calories equals combined age of the two officers (Ramos was 40, Liu was 32)
