Here we go...It's Game time baby!  Let's see if we can hit some PR's today!!

Warm Up:
Run 800m
3 Rounds
10 Air Squats
20 Double Unders
10 Burpees

**Make sure your heart rate gets HIGH during your warm up and before you attempt Fran! This workout is a sprint and the warmer you are the better you will preform!

WOD:

21-15-9 Reps for time of:
Thrusters (95/65#)
Pull Ups
