Bear Crawl to end of building and back
Run 200m
50 Box Jumps (24/20")
Run 200m
200 Mountain Climbers
Run 200m
200 Russian Twist (25/15#)
Run 200m

Movements are completed as fast as possible. Max reps you can do is 10 at a time while your partner catches their breath! 200m Runs are done together!!! Let's push ourselves and our partners to go as fast at possible :)
