Warm Up:
Pick 3 Kettlebells,
Your normal weight, the one right below, and right above in weight.
3 Rounds of 10 reps at each weight... starting with lowest and working to highest
4 Rounds for time of:
Row 400m
12 DeadLifts (135/95#)
9 Hang Cleans
6 Push Press
9 Kettlebell Swings (53/35#)
12 Box Jumps (24/20")
