**About 5 years ago, at age 24,  I started this journey and opened CrossFit Recoil. It truly was one of  the best decisions of my life. I have learned so much over the past few years. I have made poor decisions and good decisions, but regardless it has brought me to where I am today, and I wouldn't change a second of it. Thank you to my family, friends and members for supporting and loving me everyday.  Here's to another 5 amazing years!!!!
