Congrats!!! The 50 Day BURPEE CHALLENGE is OVER after todays 50 burpees :) Good job to those who stuck with it and pushed yourself!

What challenge should we try now??

Warm Up:
Run 800m
30 Sit Ups
Run 400
Hip Flexor Stretches
Foam Roll lower back and Hamstrings

LIFT:
 Time to find that Max Back Squat!!!


WOD:
5 Rounds for time of:
40 Air Squats
12 Ring Dips
4 Rope Climbs
