Lift:
 Front Squat 2-2-2-2-2 (75% of 1 rep max) Pause at bottom of squat

Power Clean 2-2-2-2-2 ( go for 2 Rep max, touch and go)


WOD:
 3 Round for time of:
 75 Double Unders
15 Toes To Bar
15 Hang Cleans ( 135/95#)
