Wall Balls (14/10#)
Double Unders
Pull Ups
Sit Ups
Push Press (45)

**This workout is run 8 Intervals of 20 sec on and 10 sec off! Finish all 8 intervals in one movements, then you have 30 sec to move to the next movement!
