I don't know about you... but "Recoil style Tabata" Kicked my Pudla Yesterday!

Warm up:
Run 800m
3 Rounds
5 Burpee Pull Ups
12 Walking Lunges (total)
10 Leg Lift Sit Ups (thank Doug:)

Handstands!!! Or Handstand Push Ups (since I forgot this last week!)

3 Rounds
Run 800m
40 Hang Power Snatch (75/55#)
