Warm Up:

Run 200m
15 Air Squats
15 Sit Ups
10 Burpees

For Time:
Row 1000m
50 Thrusters (45#)
30 Pull Ups

Rest 4 Min

4 Rounds:
50 Double Unders
15 Kettlebell Swings (53/35#)
20 Burpees
5 Power Cleans (155/115#)

**We are closed Thursday and Friday this week, Open Saturday for 8am class! Thursday you should be running with us at the Turkey Trot, and Friday you should be wrestling and boxing with strangers for the BEST BLACK FRIDAY DEAL!
