Front Squat (115/75#)
Pull Ups
Power Cleans (115/75#)
Kettlebell Swings (53/35#)
Hand Stand Push Ups
**Only one athlete can work at a time, switch as necessary. No Rest between movements, immediately rotate after each 6min interval! Who wants to be on my TEAM!!! WOO!!!
