30 Overhead Squats (45/35#)
30 Tire Flips
Bear Crawl to end of building AND BACK
30 Burpee Broad Jumps
30 OH Plate Sit Ups (25/15#)
30 Sledge Hammer Strikes on tire (total)
Run 800m
