Rest 30 Sec between Movements

Kipping Pull Ups
If you can do Kipping Pull Ups well, then it's time to work on bar muscle ups!

WOD:
21-18-15-12-9-6 Reps for Time Of:
Walking Lunges (each leg)
Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75/55#)
GHD Sit Ups
