Today and Tomorrow there at body weight workouts you can do at home! Grab a family member or neighbor and get out there! :)
Warm Up:
2 Times:
Jog/ Walk 7 Houses down, then back!
On the Sidewalk or street Start 50 Walking Lunges down, then 50 back!
WOD:
5 Rounds (for time if you would like)
15 Burpees
20 Air Squats
20 Sit Ups
