You can stop panicking... the Gym is open tomorrow! Normal Schedule!

Warm Up:
3 Round
30 Mountain Climbers
30 Jumping Jacks


WOD:
4 Rounds
Run around the block or 400m
12 Push Ups
30 Sec Air Squat Hold
30 Sec Plank Hold
15 Squat Jumps (air squat and jump up in the air at the end)

Or..

Pick a number of burpees.. and do it for time (50-150 reps) we know my fav is 100!
